Hi! I’m Haven, and I’m the woman behind The Birthing Haven, LLC. I’m passionate about all things childbirth, breastfeeding, and helping expectant parents prepare for parenthood.
I want to help you navigate the maze of information out there so that you can make informed, confident decisions about your birth and postpartum experiences that are best for you and your family.
I provide childbirth education standalone workshops as well as a class series, and lactation support services!
Not sure what you need? Let’s work together!
I’d love to hear from you, chat about your needs together, and build a plan to best support you and your family.

How Can I Support You?
-
Childbirth education curriculum designed to help you learn about your body in labor, birth, and postpartum, and how to support its physiologic needs. I cover decision making tailored to your birth desires, breastfeeding and newborn basics, the postpartum period and more.
Classes are offered through standalone workshops, a rotating class series, or personalized, private sessions.

Breastfeeding can be challenging in ways we aren’t always prepared for. I want to help support your journey and give you tools and resources to succeed in this amazing privilege we have as moms.
Lactation support can look however you need it to. While all sessions are individualized, you have the option to choose standalone appointments or a prenatal and postpartum follow up package! (It's a really great gift, too :) )

Why it Matters
While figuring out what kind of services I wanted to offer our community, I decided to survey parents in Columbus to learn more about where our local childbirth education services are falling short and, in some ways, failing parents.
